Do I need an appointment for an estimate?

Walk-ins are welcome, but we recommend booking an appointment to ensure our team can properly inspect your vehicle and provide a detailed estimate without delay.

Do you work with ICBC claims?

Yes. We regularly work with ICBC claims and can help guide you through the repair process once you have your claim number. We also coordinate with ICBC when required to help streamline approvals.

How long will my repairs take?

Repair times depend on the extent of the damage, parts availability, and insurance approvals. We'll provide an estimated timeline after your vehicle has been assessed and keep you updated throughout the process.

Do you offer courtesy vehicles?

Yes. We have a fleet of over 40 courtesy vehicles available, subject to eligibility and availability, to help keep you on the road while your vehicle is being repaired.

What types of vehicles do you repair?
