We make the ICBC repair process simple, transparent, and stress-free.

Start Your ICBC Claim (If Applicable)
If your repair is covered by ICBC, begin by reporting your claim directly with ICBC and obtaining your claim number. Once you have it, you can book an appointment with our Vancouver or Richmond location. If your repair is not insurance-related, you can still book directly with us for an estimate.

Vehicle Check-In & Assessment
When you arrive, we complete a detailed intake inspection and document all visible damage. Our team then performs a full assessment and prepares a clear repair estimate outlining the required work. We take the time to explain everything so you understand the condition of your vehicle.

Approval & Repair Planning
Once the estimate is approved, we create a complete repair plan and schedule your vehicle. If insurance is involved, we coordinate with ICBC to streamline approvals and reduce delays. Certain parts may be ordered in advance to reduce repair time. If a courtesy vehicle is required, we'll arrange one (subject to availability; a valid driver's licence and credit card are required).

Structural & Body Repairs
Our technicians begin the repair process using industry-approved methods and equipment. This may include structural alignment, panel replacement, dent repair, and other necessary bodywork to restore your vehicle's safety and integrity.

Painting & Refinishing
Repaired areas are carefully prepared, primed, and refinished using advanced colour-matching systems, ensuring a smooth, consistent finish that blends seamlessly with your vehicle's original paint.

Reassembly & Quality Inspection
Once refinishing is complete, your vehicle is fully reassembled. We then perform a thorough multi-point inspection to ensure all repairs meet our safety and quality standards before it leaves our shop.

Final Delivery
Your vehicle is cleaned, reviewed one final time, and prepared for pickup. We walk you through the completed repairs and ensure everything meets expectations before handing the vehicle back.
